registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000074847; share capital
of the Company: 136,992,000 PLN.

II. MODE OF AWARDING THE CONTRACT

The procedure is conducted in the mode of Electronic Tender Procedure
in accordance with the Civil Code and the "Regulations on Awarding Contracts and Concluding
Agreements" applicable at Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Electronic tender for the replacement of roof windows along with accompanying works
in the building of Hotel *** NAT Ustroń.

IV. PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF OFFERS

1. The offer must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform attaching to the electronic offer
a scanned copy of the written offer and all required statements contained
in the tender conditions by January 20, 2025, 12:00 PM.
2. All offers received by the Ordering Party after the deadline specified in point 1
of this chapter will be rejected.
3.
