GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ORDER
Conditions of the Electronic Tender Procedure
I. ORDERING PARTY
Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o. based in Tychy, Towarowa 23 Street, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000074847; registered by the District Court Katowice East in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, VAT ID: 646 207 03 34, REGON: 273 303 200, share capital of the Company: 136,992,000 PLN.
II. MODE OF AWARDING THE CONTRACT
The procedure is conducted in the mode of the Electronic Tender Procedure in accordance with the Civil Code and the "Regulations for Awarding Contracts and Concluding Agreements" applicable at Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o., as well as the Project Management Instruction at NAT Sp. z o.o. from 2012 with subsequent amendments.
The tender procedure will be conducted in two stages:
Stage I of the Tender Procedure: The Bidder is obliged to submit documentation in accordance with point VIII. of the General Terms and Conditions Regarding the Order and to provide a lump sum price for performing the task along with the completion deadline.
Stage II of the Tender Procedure: The Ordering Party plans to conduct a multi-criteria coefficient auction for Bidders whose offers were not rejected in Stage I of the Procedure.
After the auction mentioned above is completed, Bidders are obliged, within an irrevocable period of 3 days, to submit to the Ordering Party a lump sum price calculation in the form of a cost estimate for the execution of the subject of the tender developed based on these General Terms and Conditions Regarding the Order along with attachments, bill of quantities – blind cost estimates, each time specifying unit prices for individual items, labor rates, overheads and a summary of materials, equipment along with their quantities and unit prices adopted for calculation (cost estimates in the "Norma" cost estimating system saved in ath and PDF format packed in a zip archive). The cost estimates should include RMS pricing components adopted for the calculation of the offer price. Failure to submit the lump sum price calculation in the form of a cost estimate within the deadline will result in rejection of the offer.
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
Reconstruction of internal fire protection installations: SAP, smoke ventilation and stairwell ventilation, electrical power supply of the Hotel*** NAT building complex at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 24; 33-380 Krynica Zdrój.
IV. PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF OFFERS
1. Offers must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform attaching to the electronic offer a scan of the written offer and all required declarations included in the tender conditions by 12.02.2025 at 12:00 pm.
2. All offers received by the Ordering Party after the deadline specified in point 1 of this section will be rejected.
3. The Ordering Party will open electronic offers on 12.02.2025 at 12:00 pm
