breakfasts in the restaurant hall from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
dinner-supper in the restaurant hall from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
we invite you to unlimited use of the Wellness zone:
indoor pool (dimensions 10mx7m depth from 1.1m to 1.5m, pool attractions: bench and lounger with massages, water jets, counter-current, constant presence of a lifeguard),
2 x jacuzzi near the pool (each jacuzzi tub for 6 persons),
dry sauna,

during the holiday stay period for children we have prepared daily animations with a professional animator. There will definitely be wonderful animations at the pool – together with parents, treasure hunt games, artistic workshops for children, group photos, face painting… and many more
as part of the stay you have free access to the Mini Gym, featuring: atlas machine, treadmill, climbing ladder, mat, exercise bike and weights, next to table football
next to the Mini-Gym there is a very friendly playroom for children, where we invite our youngest Guests with their parents

Please note that from January 1, 2026, a local tax applies under the Act on local and spa fees in the Ustroń Municipality at the rate of 6.30 PLN/person/day. The tax applies to persons booking stays longer than one night - the fee for stays over two nights is charged from the first started day and must be paid in cash during check-in;
Pet fee 50 PLN gross per day, including a bowl or toy for the pet;
Bathrobe additionally charged at 30 PLN per stay.

There is an option to purchase special diets on site:

at the price of 18 PLN/person/day.
Guests who use the meals will receive a wristband entitling them to the purchased meal option.

As part of the package, you can use the Mini Gym, which includes:

We also encourage you to use the bike rental, outdoor gym, and playground in the hotel garden.

Hotel***NAT Ustroń accepts and welcomes guests with pets. Pets are allowed in the room for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per night. A pet gift is included in the price – a bowl or toy of the guest's choice. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, a leash, and a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant/dining room.
Children
Children aged 0-3 (year of birth determines) stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
