Please note that from 1 January 2026 a tourist tax applies under the Act on local and spa fees in Ustroń Municipality, amounting to PLN 6.30/person/night. It applies to guests staying more than one night; for stays exceeding two nights it is charged from the first night and must be paid in cash at check-in;
Pet fee: PLN 50 gross per night; bowl or toy included;
Bathrobe: PLN 30 per stay.

Hotel***NAT Ustroń accepts and welcomes guests with pets. Pets are allowed in the room for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per night. A pet gift is included in the price – a bowl or toy of the guest's choice. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, a leash, and a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant/dining room.
Children
Children aged 0-3 (year of birth determines) stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
