soup: borscht with dumplings, mushroom soup with noodles

cold appetizers buffet: cod in aspic, Greek-style fish, herring in oil with onion and raisins, spiced herring, dried fruit compote, mixed salad with vegetables and dressing, bread, butter, salty cupcakes with salmon and dill, trout mousse with lemon jelly on toast
dessert buffet: traditional cheesecake with orange icing, poppy seed cake with dried fruit, poppy seed pudding, Christmas apple and cinnamon cake
