on 24.12.2026 a traditional Christmas Eve dinner with music by candlelight and a richly laid table with traditional dishes:
Soups(Borscht with dumplings, Mushroom soup with noodles)
Hot dishes - buffet(carp in golden breading, sea bass fillets, cod in leek-lemon sauce, cabbage rolls with groats in boletus sauce, croquettes with cabbage and mushrooms, duck leg baked in oranges and cloves, pork roll stuffed with dried tomatoes and smoked cheese, roasted potatoes with herb butter, cabbage with peas, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, dumplings with smoked cottage cheese and onion garnish)
Cold buffet(fish in aspic, Greek-style fish, herring in cream, spiced herring, salad with marinated salmon, olives, capers and marinated fennel, dried fruit compote, mixed salads with vegetables and herb sauce with parmesan, bread and flavored butter, savory cupcakes with salmon and dill, trout mousse with lemon jelly on toast)
