soup: borscht with dumplings, mushroom soup with noodles
hot dishes: carp in golden breadcrumbs, cod in lemon sauce, chicken fillet stuffed with mushrooms and rosemary, stuffed cabbage with groats and mushrooms, croquettes with cabbage, thyme roasted potatoes, cabbage with peas, pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms, pierogi with smoked cottage cheese and onion garnish
cold appetizers buffet: cod in aspic, 'fish Greek style', herring in oil with onions and raisins, spiced herring, dried fruit compote, salad mix with vegetables and dressing, bread, butter, savory cupcakes with salmon and dill, trout mousse with lemon jelly on toast
dessert buffet: traditional cheesecake with orange glaze, poppy seed cake with dried fruit, traditional Christmas bread pudding, Christmas cake with apple and cinnamon
