soup: borscht with dumplings, mushroom soup with noodles
hot dishes: carp in golden breading, cod in lemon sauce, chicken fillet stuffed with mushrooms and rosemary, cabbage rolls with groats and mushrooms, croquettes with cabbage, thyme roasted potatoes, cabbage with peas, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, dumplings with smoked cottage cheese and onion topping
cold appetizer buffet: cod in aspic, Greek-style fish, herring in oil with onion and raisins, spiced herring, dried fruit compote, salad mix with vegetables and dressing, bread, butter, savory cupcakes with salmon and dill, trout mousse with lemon jelly on toast
dessert buffet: traditional cheesecake with orange icing, poppy seed cake with dried fruit, poppy seed pudding, Christmas apple and cinnamon cake
drinks: coffee, tea, juices, sparkling and still water
