The offer applies to stays for 7 nights on the dates: 30.01 - 03.04.2026, 07.04 - 25.04.2026 and 03.05 - 19.12.2026.
The price includes:
- 7 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
- 3 meals a day:
- 7 breakfasts in a rich buffet form:
- the menu includes hot and cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, yogurts, jams, honey, and pickles
- complemented by fresh bread and aromatic coffee and tea with various flavors
- cold drinks are also available with breakfasts
- 6 dinners prepared according to Polish cuisine recipes:
- served at the table (soup, main dish with homemade compote and dessert)
- 7 dinners in a rich buffet form:
- two hot dishes
- cold buffet (cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, pickles; complemented by fresh bread and hot and cold drinks available without limitation)
- implementation of a recreational program:
- morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
- daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
- use of the relaxation zone: pool, sauna and steam bath (at specified hours)
- gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 minutes daily.
Meals may be composed according to Dr Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional fee) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor
9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain hike
14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
- gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
- aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (extra charge).
Care of vacationers is provided by highly qualified staff.
For the stay you should bring: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor trips, and clothing and footwear for the gym hall.
