6 lunches prepared according to Polish cuisine recipes:
served at the table (soup, main course with homemade compote and dessert)
7 dinners consisting of:
a warm dish served at the table
a cold buffet (cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, pickles; fresh bread and hot and cold drinks available without limits complete the offer)
execution of the recreational program:
morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (about 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional diet fee) or according to a 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule during recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain outings 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additional fee).
Guests are cared for by highly qualified staff.
Please bring to the stay: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor use, and clothing and shoes for the gym hall.
