7 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
6 lunches with drinks served at the table (soup, main course and a small dessert)
7 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served at the table
implementation of a recreational program:
morning exercise in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall – 45 min daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional charge) or according to a 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on the group's fitness) - mountain outing 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additionally charged).
Guests are cared for by highly qualified staff.
Please bring to the stay: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor trips, and clothing and footwear for the gym hall.
