implementation of a recreational program:
morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: pool, sauna and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 minutes daily.
Meals may be composed according to Dr Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional fee) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain hike 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (extra charge).
Care of vacationers is provided by highly qualified staff.
For the stay you should bring: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor trips, and clothing and footwear for the gym hall.
