The development of an organization starts with people. Their knowledge, experience, commitment, and readiness for change directly affect the quality of management, service standards, and the efficiency of hotel facilities. That is why Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna consistently invests in the development of its management team’s competencies.

On 20–22 October 2026, the NAT property directors and representatives of the central management team took part in a three-day training session, “Modern Management of a Profitable Hotel Property,” delivered by Hotele Plus.

The training was led by the President of Hotele Plus, Mr. Piotr Tabor. The program was prepared individually, taking into account the specifics of Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna’s operations, the needs of our management team, and the current challenges faced by today’s hotel industry.

Practical knowledge for modern hotel management

The training covered a wide range of topics and was strongly grounded in the realities of day-to-day hotel operations management.

Over three intensive days, participants worked on issues related to modern personnel management, effective employee motivation, organizing work, sales, revenue management, and using new technologies.

Special attention was given to areas such as:

  • HR and modern personnel management, including effective recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, communication, and managing multi-generational teams,

  • motivation and bonus systems, KPIs, schedule optimization, performance evaluation, and employee development,

  • Revenue Management and sales,

  • controlling and analysis of key hotel indicators such as Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR,

  • digitization and process automation,

  • practical ways to use artificial intelligence in the hotel industry.

A strong focus was placed not only on theory, but above all on solutions that can be implemented directly in day-to-day work.

Knowledge, experience, and the exchange of best practices

For participants, the training was more than just an opportunity to gain new skills. It also became a space to exchange experiences, discuss challenges, and jointly look at the day-to-day issues faced by people who manage hotel properties.

The chance to talk about specific situations, compare different ways of working, and jointly search for solutions helped view many topics from a fresh perspective.

It was precisely the practical nature of the training that participants particularly appreciated. In the post-training surveys, respondents highlighted, among other things, the combination of theoretical knowledge with the facilitator’s experience, the high level of expertise, the dynamic sessions, openness to discussion, and the opportunity to share opinions and experiences.

Participants also pointed to areas related to employee motivation, Revenue Management, and a practical approach to KPIs as some of the most valuable elements.

The training atmosphere was also rated positively, along with specific guidance that can be applied in daily management.

Competency development is an investment in the quality of the entire organization

At Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna, we believe that company development begins with the development of the people who create it.

That is why investing in the competencies of the management team is important to us not only in training terms but also strategically. Better team management, more conscious decision-making, more efficient operating processes, and effective use of data translate directly into the quality of our facilities’ performance.

Training of this kind also helps strengthen cooperation between directors, build a shared management culture, and create a space for sharing knowledge between individual properties.

So the three days of working together were not only time for learning, but also for integration, conversation, and building an even stronger team.

Training at HOTEL*** NAT Sarbinowo

The event took place at one of Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna’s properties—the HOTEL*** NAT Sarbinowo.

A place that perfectly combines leisure and business. The hotel works well both as a base for recreation and seaside stays and as a venue for organizing corporate meetings, trainings, conferences, and team-building events.

Organizing the training in Sarbinowo was also an opportunity to put our property’s potential to practical use and to show that NAT’s offer meets not only individual guests’ needs, but also business clients and organized groups.

We return with new knowledge and specific solutions

After three days of intensive work, we return with new ideas, inspiration, and solutions that we will be able to apply in our day-to-day management of our properties.

Thank you to Hotele Plus and Mr. Piotr Tabor for a partnership approach, practical knowledge, and preparing a program that addresses the real needs of Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna.

We are glad that together we could create a space for developing competencies, exchanging experiences, and building an even stronger management team.

Because the development of an organization starts with people.
