I. ORDERING PARTY

Nadwiślańska Turystyczna Agency Ltd. based in Tychy, Towarowa 23 Street, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000074847; the company's share capital: 136,992,000 PLN.

II. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

The procedure is conducted in the mode of Electronic Tender Procedure in accordance with the Civil Code and the “Regulations for Awarding Contracts and Concluding Agreements” applicable at Nadwiślańska Turystyczna Agency Ltd. III.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

"Replacement of roof windows along with accompanying works in the building of Hotel *** NAT Ustroń"

The tasks of the selected contractor will include, among others:

Installation of roof windows with a system collar for corrugated roofing along with making new openings:

- dimension 78x140, quantity 4 pcs.,

- making new openings in the roof,

- installation of roof windows,

- finishing of openings,

- installation of blackout blinds providing almost 100% darkening effect, material in beige color

Installation of smoke-vent roof windows with a system collar for corrugated roofing and wind deflector:

- dimension 78x140 quantity 1 pc.,

- dimension 114x140 quantity 1 pc.,

- installation of roof windows,

- finishing of openings, installation of blackout blinds providing almost 100% darkening effect, material in beige color

Installation of roof windows with a system collar for corrugated roofing:

- dimension 78x98 quantity 1 pc.,

- dimension 78x118 quantity 1 pc.,

- dimension 78x140 quantity 23 pcs.,

- dimension 114x140 quantity 11 pcs.,

- installation of roof windows,

- finishing of openings,

- installation of blackout blinds providing almost 100% darkening effect, material in beige color

Execution of necessary accompanying works related to window installation (protective works, finishing drywall after window installation, priming and painting of room ceilings together with reveals, removal and disposal of old windows and generated waste).

Required technical parameters of windows:

- triple glazing unit 4-12-3HS-12-3H with heat-reflecting coating and insulated energy-saving glass,

- heat transfer coefficient Uw: 1.1 (W/m2 K),

- acoustic insulation: Rw 33(dB),

- watertightness: class E1350,

- collar in color RAL 7043.

ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE

The order must be completed by: - November 30, 2024

The contractor will prepare a detailed schedule divided by tasks and submit it for approval to the Ordering Party within 7 days from signing the Agreement.

PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING AND OPENING OFFERS

1. Offers must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform attaching an electronic scan of the written offer and all required declarations included in the tender conditions by October 18, 2024, by 12:00 PM.

2. All offers received by the Ordering Party after the deadline specified in point 1 of this section will be rejected. 3. The Ordering Party will open electronic offers on October 18, 2024, by 12:00 PM.
