Today (19/01/2018) the Management Board and Management Staff officially approved the opening of a new restaurant in Bukowina Tatrzańska.
A'la carte restaurant - this has never happened in NAT before. TaTRAdycja - New Tatra Cuisine in Bukowina Tatrzańska, open from January 20, 2018.
A scenic highlander restaurant, today it passed its last test before its official opening tomorrow (December 20, 2018). The Board and Management Staff of NAT checked the taste and quality of service and presentation of the dishes. It worked !! Everything was delicious!! It not only pleased the palate, but was also visually stunning... sometimes it was a pity to eat it!
The management board thanked the entire team for their effort, work and commitment put into launching the restaurant.
The menu of the Tatradycja Restaurant is an innovative approach to traditional local products.
We focus on freshness, we source products from local breeders and farmers. The menu is composed according to the season. Chef's original dishes
cuisine show how modern and exquisite you can use and serve regional Tatra specialties.
The Chef at the TaTRadycja restaurant is Krzysztof Lizak, who, together with his team, creates miracles.
Krzysztof inherited his passion for cooking from his grandmother and mother. He worked in Krakow restaurants, completed internships abroad, and cooked, among others, in Great Britain. It is based on traditional recipes, which it modernizes using modern culinary techniques. The dishes served are based on the highest quality seasonal products. He approaches each product individually. Respects and appreciates excellent quality ingredients. He enjoys preparing Polish and French dishes. He constantly improves his skills by participating in numerous training courses and competitions. Perfect in every way. He likes to cook.

• Grand award – 3 forks POLAND 100 BEST RESTAURANTS 2017
• twice participated in the finals of the L'Art de la cuisine Martell competit
