COMPETITION for "Shadow's Mascot"

Cieńków Ski Station is an attractive winter sports center and a family walking trail "Pętla Cieńkowska" in spring, autumn and summer.

REGULATIONS OF THE "Cieńków Mascot" COMPETITION

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Competition Regulations) define the general rules for conducting the "Cieńków Mascot" Competition.
The organizer of the "Cieńków Mascot" Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o. o. based in Tychy 43-100, ul. Education 37, NIP: 646-20-70-334, REGON 273303200, Entered into the National Court Register by the District Court Katowice - Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division under KRS number: 0000074847, Share capital: PLN 133,044,500.00, which is the owner of the Cieńków Ski Station in Wisła (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
The competition will be held from October 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016 inclusive.
The winners will be selected and the results announced on November 7, 2016.
The competition takes place in the Republic of Poland.

II. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

Any natural person (of age) with full legal capacity may participate in the Competition.
Employees or associates of the Competition Organizer involved in the organization and conduct of the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, cannot participate in the Competition.
The Competition Participant is obliged to read the Competition Regulations.
Taking part in the Competition means that the Participant has read and fully accepts the provisions contained in these Competition Regulations.
The Competition Organizer is not responsible for entries that have not been received for reasons beyond its control.
The Competition Organizer is not liable for any damage caused by providing false data or data of a third party, or any other type of irregularities on the part of the Participant.

III. COMPETITION'S RULES

To take part in the "Cieńków Mascot" Competition, you must send or submit a project to the Organizer's office (Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o. o. 43-100 Tychy ul. Pracuj 37) in the form of a drawing/graphic file and its name/name. The project must be accompanied by a technical description of the mascot and the required, signed Appendix No. 1.
The designed mascot and its name should be associated with the place of Cieńków both in winter and summer.
Projects without signed attachment no. 1 will not be graded.
By registering to participate in the Competition and providing their data in the event of winning, each Participant consents to the publication of this data and information about the prize received on the organizer's website.

IV. COMPETITION RESULTS AND PRIZES

In the "Cieńków Mascot" Competition, only one project selected by the jury will be awarded.
The prizes in the Competition are:
Cash prize of PLN 2,000 net.
A voucher for a week's stay for 2 people in any hotel or center of the NAT network worth PLN 2,000.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
The competition organizer will collect the tax due in the amount of 10% of the value of the prizes.

The regulations of this Competition are available at www.nat.pl and www.cienkownarty.pl
By participating in the Competition, all participants agree to conduct the Competition in accordance with these Regulations and undertake to comply with its provisions.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Competition, and participants will be notified of any changes electronically.
