Terms of Electronic Tender Procedure
I. ORDERING PARTY
Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o. based in Tychy, ul. Towarowa 23, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000074847; Management Board of the Company: Aleksander Wierzba, company's share capital: 136,992,000 PLN.
II. MODE OF AWARDING THE CONTRACT
conducted in the mode of Electronic Tender Procedure in accordance with the Civil Code and the "Rules for Awarding Contracts and Concluding Agreements" applicable at Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna sp. z o.o.
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Tender for the purchase and delivery of brand new servers and network devices for the Office of Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the scope of work is included in Annex 1 to the sales agreement.
IV. DEADLINE FOR CONTRACT PERFORMANCE
Deadline for the completion of the entire contract: August 30, 2024.
The Ordering Party, at the request of the Bidder, allows for the possibility of extending the contract performance period.
The aforementioned tasks will be performed in accordance with the Agreement, the template of which is Annex 6 to these terms and conditions.
V. PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF OFFERS
1. Offers must be submitted via the Procurement Platform by attaching a scanned written offer and all required statements specified in the tender conditions by July 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
2. All offers received by the Ordering Party after the deadline specified in item 1 of this section will be rejected.
3. The Ordering Party will open electronic offers on July 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
