Electronic Tender Procedure Conditions
I. ORDERING PARTY
Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tychy, ul. Towarowa 23, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000074847; Management Board of the Company: Aleksander Wierzba, Ewelina Kowalska, the company's share capital: 136,992,000 PLN.
II. ORDER AWARD PROCEDURE
The procedure is conducted as an Electronic Tender Procedure in accordance with the Civil Code and the "Regulations on the Awarding of Contracts and Conclusion of Agreements" in force at Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna sp. z o.o."
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
"Replacement of the passenger elevator in Hotel *** NAT in Sarbinowo"
The tasks of the selected contractor will include, among others:
- Replacement of the passenger elevator (delivery of a new elevator, dismantling of the old elevator with disposal, installation of the new elevator, performing all accompanying works, conducting acceptance tests, and approval of the new device by the Office of Technical Inspection.
- The contracting authority requires:
• replacement of the hydraulic elevator with an electric rope traction elevator, with a cabin capacity of min. 630 kg/8 persons,
• cabin speed min. 1 m/s, • approx. 6kW synchronous motor regulated by a frequency converter
• preferred machine room located in the overhead space
• control cabinet located on the highest floor by the door jamb
• elevator communication with the contracting authority's SSP system including emergency descent to the lowest floor and door opening in case of power failure or fire.
• surveillance camera with recorder and internet connectivity, necessary elevator/shaft cabling in the ceiling void
• cabin designated for hotel use according to the photo attachment
• non-through entrance layout
• diamond-shaped cabin; the contracting authority requires the largest possible cabin dimensions, the minimum dimensions are those of the existing cabin
• cabin doors 900x2000 mm, brushed stainless steel, textured brushed at the highest class as decided by the contracting authority during selection based on material samples and visualization made by the bidder (sample cabin according to photo attachment), floor with gray anti-slip, wear-resistant covering – to be decided by the contracting authority based on material samples and visualization made by the bidder
• automatic LED spot lighting with appropriate intensity
• ceiling made of laminated sheet or brushed stainless steel – to be decided by the contracting authority based on material samples and visualization made by the bidder
• glass call button panel – made of durable/anti-vandal materials, round buttons with LED backlight, embossed Braille markings, floor indicator at the top of the information panel. Floor stops announced vocally in Polish, e.g., "ground floor", "first floor", etc.
• walls of brushed stainless steel, textured brushed, one safety mirror from half to full cabin height, stainless steel brushed handrail on the wall with mirror.
IV. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE
The order must be completed by November 30, 2024.
The contracting authority allows the possibility to extend the order completion deadline, after agreement with the contracting authority, provided that at least 90% of the entire scope of the contract is completed as of the contract completion date, i.e., November 30, 2024, and in scope related to the acceptance procedure of the technical inspection.
Works performed after November 30, 2024, must take into account the operational nature of the facility due to guests. No additional remuneration will be granted to the contractor for extra costs incurred related to technical and organizational arrangements.
The contractor shall prepare a detailed schedule divided into tasks and submit it for approval to the contracting authority within 7 days from the signing of the agreement. The above tasks will be performed in accordance with the contract, a template of which is annex no. 6 to these conditions.
V. PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF OFFERS
1. Offers must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform attaching a scan of the written offer and all required statements included in the tender conditions by July 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
2. All offers received by the contracting authority after the deadline specified in section 1 of this chapter will be rejected.
3. The contracting authority will open electronic offers on July 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
