I. ORDERING PARTY

Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Tychy, ul. Towarowa 23, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000074847; Management Board of the Company: Aleksander Wierzba, Ewelina Kowalska, share capital of the Company: 136,992,000 PLN.

II. METHOD OF AWARDING THE CONTRACT

The procedure is conducted in the mode of Electronic Tender Procedure in accordance with the Civil Code and the "Rules for Awarding Contracts and Concluding Agreements" in force at Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna sp. z o.o.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

"Replacement of the passenger elevator in Hotel *** NAT in Sarbinowo" The duties of the selected contractor will include, among others:

- Replacement of the passenger elevator (delivery of a new elevator, dismantling of the old elevator along with disposal, installation of the new elevator, performing all accompanying works, conducting acceptance tests and approval of the new device by the Office of Technical Inspection).

- The Ordering Party requires:

• replacement of the elevator from hydraulic to electric, traction wire rope, with a minimum cabin capacity of 630 kg / 8 persons,
• minimum cabin speed of 1 m/s,
• approx. 6kW synchronous motor regulated by an inverter
• preferred machine room in the overhead space
• control cabinet on the top floor at the door frame
• elevator communication with the Ordering Party's fire alarm system, including emergency descent to the lowest floor and door opening in the event of power loss or fire
• monitoring camera with recorder and internet connection, necessary cabling of the elevator/shaft in the ceiling void
• cabin intended for hotel use according to the attached photo appendix
• non-pass-through entry layout
• cabin in the shape of a rhombus, the Ordering Party requires obtaining the largest possible cabin dimensions, minimal dimensions are those of the existing cabin
• cabin doors 900x2000 mm stainless steel brushed, textured brushed in the highest class for the Ordering Party to decide at the selection stage based on material samples and visualization made by the offeror (example cabin according to photo appendix)
• floor made of gray, slip-resistant, wear-resistant covering – decision by the Ordering Party at the selection stage based on material samples and visualization made by the offeror
• automatic LED spot lighting of appropriate intensity
• laminated sheet or brushed stainless steel ceiling – decision by the Ordering Party at the selection stage based on material samples and visualization made by the offeror • glass call panel – made of durable/anti-vandal materials, round LED-lit buttons, Braille markings embossed, floor indicator at the top of the information panel. Floor stop announced vocally in Polish, e.g., “ground floor”, “first floor”, etc.
• walls stainless steel brushed, textured brushed, 1 pcs. safety mirror from half to full cabin height, stainless steel brushed handrail on the wall with mirror.

IV. DEADLINE FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION

The contract must be executed by December 20, 2024

V. PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF OFFERS

1. Offers must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform attaching to the electronic offer a scan of the written offer and all required declarations specified in the tender conditions by August 29, 2024, by 12:00 PM.
2. All offers received by the Ordering Party after the deadline specified in point 1 of this chapter will be rejected.
3. The Ordering Party will open electronic offers on August 29, 2024, by 12:00 PM.
