TENDER
for the replacement of the passenger elevator in Hotel*** NAT Sarbinowo in Sarbinowo, ul. Nadmorska 65, 76-034 Sarbinowo
I. Nadwiślańska Tourist Agency Ltd. with its seat in Tychy, ul. Towarowa 23, entered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000074847; Management Board of the Company: Aleksander Wierzba, Ewelina Kowalska, share capital of the Company: PLN 136,992,000. II. The procedure is conducted in the mode III.
The tasks of the selected contractor shall include, among others:
- Replacement of the passenger elevator (delivery of a new elevator, dismantling of the old elevator including disposal, installation of the new elevator, performing all accompanying works as well as conducting acceptance tests and commissioning of the new device by the Office of Technical Inspection).
- The ordering party requires:
replacement of a hydraulic elevator with an electric, traction-rope elevator, with a cabin load capacity min. 630 kg/8 persons,
cabin speed min. 1 m/s,
approx. 6kW synchronous motor regulated by a frequency inverter
preferred machine room located above the shaft
control cabinet on the top floor by the door frame
elevator communication with the ordering party's SSP system, including emergency descent to the lowest floor and door opening in case of power failure or fire.
monitoring camera with a recorder and internet connectivity, necessary elevator/shaft cabling in the ceiling soffit
cabin designated for hotel use as per the photo attachment
non-through entrance arrangement
diamond-shaped cabin, the ordering party requires obtaining the largest possible cabin dimensions with minimum dimensions equal to those of the existing cabin
cabin doors 900x2000 mm stainless steel brushed, textured brushed stainless steel floor covering with anti-slip, highly wear-resistant gray carpet – at the ordering party's discretion at the selection stage based on material samples and visualizations provided by the bidder
automatic LED spot lighting of appropriate intensity
ceiling laminated sheet metal or brushed stainless steel glass call panel – made of durable/anti-vandal materials, round buttons with LED backlight, convex with Braille markings, floor indicator at the top of the information panel. Floor stop announcements voiced in Polish, e.g., "ground floor", "first floor", etc.
Walls stainless steel brushed, textured brushed, 1 pc. safety mirror from mid to full cabin height, stainless steel brushed handrail on the wall with the mirror.
IV. The order must be completed by November 30, 2024
The ordering party allows the possibility of extending the order completion deadline, after agreement
with the ordering party, provided that the progress of work amounts to at least 90% of the entire scope of the contract as of the contract completion date, i.e., November 30, 2024, and in the scope related to the acceptance procedure by the technical inspection office.
Works carried out after November 30, 2024 must take into account the specifics of an operational facility due to guests. The contractor is not entitled to additional remuneration for extra costs incurred in connection with the above and related to technical and organizational procedures.
The contractor shall prepare a detailed schedule divided by works and submit it for approval to the ordering party within 7 days from signing the contract.
The above tasks will be carried out in accordance with the contract, the template of which is Appendix No. 6 to these terms and conditions.
