On the first Saturday of March (04/03/2017) we invite you to the Mining Industry Skiing Competition in Giant Slalom for the Cup of the Minister of Energy to Wisła - Cieńków Ski Station
The mining industry's giant slalom competitions always arouse great emotions. The competitors, supported by the fans, give their all and fight on the slope for the best possible time. To understand it, you have to see it with your own eyes. This year, skiers will fight for the Minister of Energy Cup.
The participants of the Giant Slalom for the Cup of the Minister of Energy may be: current employees of mines, plants and companies with capital links to the mining industry in Silesia. The participation of retired employees of the above-mentioned plants and family members (children under 19 years of age - school/student ID required) is not included in the team score (subject to separate scoring).
The competition will take place in women's and men's categories, which will also be divided into age groups. A total of 9 groups in which the competition will take place. It is worth noting that only two players can compete in each group.
The winner of the MINISTER OF ENERGY Cup for 2017 is determined by the results of the players from groups VI - IX. The result is the sum of the 5 best running times of a given team. The team that takes second place will receive the Cup of the President of the Nadwiślańska Tourist Agency, and the last place on the podium will be honored with the Cup of the Director of the Cienków Ski Station. Individual prizes will also be awarded.
