The package price includes:
- 6 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
- 3 meals a day:
- 6 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet:
- the menu includes hot and cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, yogurts, jams, honeys, and pickles
- complemented by fresh bread and aromatic coffee and tea in various flavors
- cold drinks are also available with breakfast
- 5 lunches prepared according to Polish cuisine recipes:
- served at the table (soup, main course with homemade compote, and dessert)
- 6 dinners consisting of:
- a hot dish served at the table
- a cold buffet (cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, pickles; complemented by fresh bread and unlimited hot and cold drinks)
- implementation of a recreational program:
- morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
- daily physical activity (except Saturday): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
- use of the relaxation zone: swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
- gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional fee) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Typical daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor
9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain hike
14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
- gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
- aqua-aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additional fee).
Highly qualified staff take care of the holidaymakers.
For the stay, please bring: sportswear suitable for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor walking, and clothing and footwear for the gym hall.
