Price includes:
accommodation in comfortable hotel rooms,
meals 3 times a day:
breakfast in the form of a rich buffet allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
lunches with drinks served at the table (soup, main course and a small treat for dessert)*
dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served at the table
morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (about 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except for Saturdays): morning warm-up, movement games and activities, trekking in the mountains with an instructor
access to the swimming pool, sauna and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (diet additionally paid) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
A rough outline of the day on recreational and slimming courses:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group activities in the field (minimum 2 hours depending on the group's fitness) - outing in the mountains 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, body correction studio, massages, kinesiotherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additionally paid).
Highly qualified staff oversee the holidaymakers. For the course, you should bring: sports attire suitable for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outings, and attire and footwear for the gym.

Meals start with dinner and end with lunch. Lunch on the departure day can be replaced with a packed lunch for the return journey.
