on 24.12.2025 a traditional Christmas Eve dinner by candlelight and a richly set table:
soup: borscht with mushroom dumplings, mushroom soup with egg pasta,
hot dishes: carp in golden breadcrumbs, cod in lemon sauce, chicken fillet stuffed with mushrooms and rosemary, stuffed cabbage rolls with groats and mushrooms, cabbage rolls with sauerkraut, thyme roasted potatoes, cabbage with split peas, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, dumplings with smoked curd cheese and fried onion,
cold appetizer buffet: cod in aspic, fish Greek style, herring in oil with onions and raisins, spiced herring, dried fruit compote, mixed salad with vegetables and dressing, bread, butter, salty cupcakes with salmon and dill, trout mousse with lemon jelly on toast,
cake buffet: traditional cheesecake with orange glaze, poppy seed cake with nuts, Christmas poppy seed pudding, Christmas apple and cinnamon cake,
drinks: coffee, tea, juices, sparkling and still water,
a glass of red or white wine (per person),
2 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served at the table
3 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet so you can compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and appetizers, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks),
2 lunches with drinks - served at the table (soup, main course and a small dessert)
singing Christmas carols together during the supper with highlanders,
a bonfire with a highlander band,
a Christmas walk to Piwniczna,
sports and recreational activities,
use of the relaxation zone: swimming pool, sauna and steam bath (at specified hours).
