Welcome the New Year in a Special Way! We cordially invite you to spend the first magical days of the New Year 2026 at the New Year's Recreational Stay at Hotel***NAT in Piwniczna Zdrój! This is the perfect opportunity to say goodbye to the old year and regenerate your strength to enter the new 2026 year with energy.

warm and cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, yoghurts, jams, honey, and pickles are available on the menu
completed by fresh bread and aromatic coffee and tea in various flavors
cold drinks are also available with breakfast
on 01.01.2026 a festive New Year's breakfast
lunches prepared according to Polish cuisine recipes:
served at the table (soup, main dish with homemade compote, and dessert)
dinners consisting of:
a warm dish served at the table
a cold buffet (cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, pickles; completed by fresh bread and unlimited warm and cold drinks)
on 01.01.2026 grill dinner / bonfire with live music performed by a highlander band,
implementation of the recreational program(detailed program available below in the "Stay Program" tab):
morning exercise in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to the vegetable-fruit diet by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska 600 - 800 kcal (additional charge) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Typical daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays (detailed program available below in the "Stay Program" tab):
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain outings 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additional charge).
Guests are cared for by highly qualified staff.
Please bring to the stay: sportswear suitable for the type of activity, specialist footwear for outdoor outings, and clothing and footwear for the gym hall.
Additional information:
All medical and spa treatments and beauty services are charged additionally.
The first meal during the stay is dinner on the day of arrival, the last meal is breakfast on the day of departure.

Hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM. For stays from 25.10.2025 to 20.12.2025, the hotel day is extended to 12:00 PM.

Children aged 0-3 years (year of birth determines) – without services, sleeping with parents – free of charge.

Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement with the hotel and for an additional fee. The conditions for accepting an animal to the facility are its current vaccination, leash and muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/dining room.

Children aged 0-3 (year of birth is decisive), sharing a bed with parents, without benefits - free of charge. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
