implementation of the recreational program:
morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 minutes daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's vegetable and fruit diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional fee) or according to a 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Typical daily schedule for recreational and slimming stays:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - mountain hike 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additional fee).
Guests are cared for by highly qualified staff.
For the stay, bring sportswear suitable for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor excursions, and clothing and shoes for the gym hall.
