The offer applies to stays of 7 nights within the following dates: 24.02 - 27.03.2024 and 03.04 - 21.12.2024.
The price includes:
7 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
meals 3 times a day:
7 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
6 table-served lunches with drinks (soup, main course, and something small for dessert)
7 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a warm dish served to the table
implementation of the recreational program:
morning activation in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except for Saturdays): morning activation, trekking in the mountains with an instructor
use of the swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the gym - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to the vegetable and fruit diet by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska 600 - 800 kcal (diet additionally paid) or according to the diet of 1100 - 1200 kcal.
Outline of the daily schedule on recreational weight loss programs:
7:30 - morning activation in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group field activities (at least 2 hours depending on the group's fitness) - mountain outing 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additionally paid).
Highly qualified staff takes care of the vacationers.
For the programs, please bring: athletic wear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for field outings, and clothing and footwear for the gym.
Additional information:
All medical treatments and spa services, as well as cosmetic services, are additionally paid.

There is an option to purchase a special diet on-site:

A local health resort fee is charged on site.
Stay of children aged 0-3 years - without benefits, sleeping together with parents - free of charge.
Parking paid at the reception - 10 PLN/day.

Hotel stay lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Services start with dinner and end with breakfast.

Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement with the hotel and for an additional fee. The conditions for accepting an animal to the facility are its current vaccination, leash and muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/dining room.

Children aged 0-3 (year of birth is decisive), sharing a bed with parents, without benefits - free of charge. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
