the menu includes hot and cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, yogurts, jams, honey, and pickles
complemented by fresh bread and aromatic coffee and tea of various flavors
cold drinks are also available with the breakfasts
3 lunches prepared according to Polish cuisine recipes:
served at the table (soup, main course with homemade compote and dessert)
4 dinners in the form of a rich buffet:
two hot dishes
cold buffet (cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, pickles; complemented by fresh bread and hot and cold drinks available without limits)
implementation of the recreational program:
morning exercise in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning exercise, mountain trekking with an instructor
use of the relaxation zone: pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's vegetable-fruit diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional charge for diet) or according to a 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Typical daily schedule for recreational and weight loss stays:
7:30 - morning exercise in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group outdoor activities (minimum 2 hours depending on group's fitness) - mountain trips 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
cosmetic salon (nourishing treatments for décolletage and neck, guam, masks, depilation, manicure, massages)

Children aged 0-3 (year of birth is decisive), sharing a bed with parents, without benefits - free of charge. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
