The price includes:
accommodation in comfortable hotel rooms,
full board 3 x daily:
breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
lunches with drinks served at the table (soup, main course, and a little something for dessert)
dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served at the table
morning exercise in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except for Saturdays): morning exercise, games and movement activities, mountain trekking with an instructor
access to the swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit-vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (diet is additionally charged) or according to the diet 1100 - 1200 kcal.
Sample daily schedule for recreational-weight-loss sessions:
7:30 - morning exercise in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group activities outdoors (minimum 2 hours depending on group fitness) - hike in the mountains 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
The care of holidaymakers is provided by a highly qualified staff. For the session, please bring: sports clothing appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor activities, and clothing and footwear for the gym.
