The chocolate figure of the most outstanding ski jumper in the history of Poland - Adam Małysz - was made in 2001 by confectioners associated with the Association of Confectioners of the Republic of Poland as a thank you to the Wisła champion. It was made from a block of white chocolate weighing 330 kilograms. The figure is 2.5 meters high and weighs 180 kilograms. Eight confectioners carved the chocolate and it took them 264 hours. Initially, the figure was not protected in any way and many enthusiastic fans tried to check what their idol tasted like. One of them even bit off Adam's ear! In 2007, the chocolate figure underwent a thorough reconstruction by Wedel. Małysz received new skis, and an additional, fourth Crystal Ball was carved. Currently, the figure is located in a special glass case and is one of the greatest attractions associated with the Eagle from the Vistula.
