Please note that from January 1, 2025, a local tax according to the local and spa tax law in the Ustroń Municipality applies amounting to 6 PLN/person/day. The fee applies to persons booking a stay of more than one day – the fee for stays longer than two days is charged from the first started day and must be paid in cash upon check-in;
Pet fee of 50 PLN gross per day, including a bowl or toy for the pet;
Bathrobe payable additionally 30 PLN per stay.

Hotel***NAT Ustroń accepts and welcomes guests with pets. Pets are allowed in the room for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per night. A pet gift is included in the price – a bowl or toy of the guest's choice. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, a leash, and a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant/dining room.
Children
Children aged 0-3 (year of birth determines) stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
