Welcome to a relaxing stay in Ustroń!

We invite you to book additional meals: served lunches and dinners or dinner buffets depending on the stay period.

We encourage purchasing a package of 10 treatments for 230 PLN (to choose from the offered list of treatments).

Meals

We encourage you to book additional meals: served lunches and dinners or half board in buffet form, depending on the stay date:

half board at the price of 70 PLN/adult, 56 PLN/child aged 4-12,
lunch at the price of 55 PLN/adult and 44 PLN/child aged 4-12,
dinner at the price of 40 PLN/adult and 32 PLN/child aged 4-12.

It is possible to purchase a special diet on site:

at the price of 15 PLN/person/day.

Guests using the meals will receive a wristband entitling them to use the purchased meal option.

Important information

The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Stay for children aged 0-3 years - without benefits, sleeping with parents - free of charge.

It is possible to purchase insurance for the Costs of Cancellation and Interruption of the Event. The insurance can be purchased within 14 calendar days of making the reservation. *Discounts for the length of stay:

in the period 02.01 - 13.01.2024 and 24.02 - 27.04.2024:
- stay from 3 to 6 nights = 10% discount
- stay over 7 nights = 15% discount
in the period 27.04 - 22.06.2024 and 30.08 - 21.12.2024:
- stay from 1 to 3 nights = no discount
- stay over 4 nights = 10% discount.

Animals

Hotel***NAT Ustroń accepts and welcomes guests with pets. Pets are allowed in the room for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per night. A pet gift is included in the price – a bowl or toy of the guest's choice. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, a leash, and a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant/dining room.

Children

Children aged 0-3 (year of birth determines) stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
