In winter, Ustroń takes on a unique atmosphere. For fans of "white madness" there are ski lifts (only 3.8 km to the lift to Czantoria) and many other attractions guaranteeing a great time in the unique winter climate of the Beskids. Our pool will also be a great option during your stay.
In the SPA & Wellness zone, we will ensure maximum relaxation. It is a space where it is easy to escape everyday life. Pool, jacuzzi, saunas, regenerating treatments and massages - these are places that will help regenerate the body and soothe the senses.

We inform that from January 1, 2026, a tourist tax is in effect, according to the Act on local and spa fees in the Ustroń Municipality, amounting to 6.30 PLN/person/day. The fee applies to persons booking stays longer than one day - the fee for stays longer than two days is charged from the first started day and must be paid in cash upon check-in;

Hotel***NAT Ustroń accepts and welcomes guests with pets. Pets are allowed in the room for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per night. A pet gift is included in the price – a bowl or toy of the guest's choice. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, a leash, and a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant/dining room.
Children
Children aged 0-3 (year of birth determines) stay free of charge, sleeping with their parents. Children aged 13 and over (year of birth is decisive) are treated as full-priced. Meals for children aged 4-12 (year of birth is decisive) - 20% discount on the price of meals for an adult.
