The offer applies to stays of 7 nights from: 04.05 - 21.12.2024
The price includes:
- 7 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
- full board 3 times a day:
- 7 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
- 6 lunches with drinks served to the table (soup, main course, and a little something for dessert)
- 7 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served to the table
- implementation of the recreational program:
- morning exercises in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
- daily physical activity (except for Saturdays): morning warm-up, trekking in the mountains with an instructor
- use of the pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
- gymnastics classes in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to the vegetable-fruit diet of Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska 600 - 800 kcal (diet is additionally payable) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational-weight loss sessions:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor
9:00 - 13:00 - group activities in the field (minimum 2 hours depending on the group's fitness) - outing in the mountains
14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
- gymnastics in the hall, pool, sauna, steam bath
- aqua-aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (additional fees apply).
The well-qualified staff takes care of the holiday-makers.
For the session, you should bring: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor activities, and clothing and footwear for the gym.
