The reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Children aged 0-3 years (age of birth determines) – without benefits, sleeping with parents – free of charge.

The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is available at 10:00 AM.

Animals

Pets are allowed in rooms located in building "C". Additional charges apply. The condition for admitting an animal to the facility is its current vaccination, leash and muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/dining room.

Children

Children aged 0-3 years (year of birth is decisive), sharing a bed with parents, without benefits - free of charge. The price of a child's stay in a regular bed aged 4-12 years (year of birth is decisive) - the same as an adult. OWR Relax applies the Standards of Protection of Minors - the detailed content of the policy of protection of minors can be found on the website in the tab: "Standards of Protection of Minors (SOM)"
