Terms and conditions of the amount-based Gift Voucher redemption:

• The voucher is issued to the bearer, valid for up to 365 days from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
• The voucher serves as a means of payment for purchasing a stay at OW Inter Piast in Kalbornia.
• The voucher value reduces the amount payable for the selected stay.
• When booking a stay online, the voucher code must be entered. The voucher can be used once only, without the possibility of splitting and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the voucher value exceeds the booking value – the difference is non-refundable. If the voucher value does not cover the booking value, the voucher holder pays the difference.
• After the expiry date indicated on the voucher, the holder has no claims or demands towards Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna Sp. z o.o.
• The voucher is issued electronically as an attachment to an email sent to the email address provided at purchase.
