Built in 1855. There are two entrances to the interior of the house. Wide, double-leaf parade doors were placed on the front wall, facing the main road, and lead to the hall. The walls are whitewashed and the beams are painted black. The frame structure of the walls is made of oak. The cottage is covered with a hip-and-smoke roof, covered with reeds.
