• The value of the voucher reduces the amount payable for the selected stay.
• When booking a stay online, the voucher code must be entered. The voucher can be used once without the possibility of division and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the voucher value exceeds the reservation value – the difference is non-refundable. If the voucher value does not cover the reservation value, the voucher holder pays the difference.
