• The voucher value reduces the amount payable for the selected stay.
• When booking a stay online, the voucher code must be entered. The voucher can be used once without the possibility of splitting and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the voucher value exceeds the booking value – the difference is non-refundable. If the voucher value does not cover the booking value, the voucher holder pays the difference.
