The modern glass building, whose architecture refers to the famous Ustroń pyramids, houses a pump room. Below it there is the Zygmunt spring, from which water for the pump room is drawn. This natural spring water is slightly acidic (6.6 pH), and its general hardness ranges from very soft to soft water.
