Due to the current situation and emerging questions, we assure you - our resorts and hotels are operating as planned. All reservations are up to date, you can also plan your stay with us and make reservations by phone or online.
In all centers we have implemented - in addition to standard HACCP procedures guaranteeing safety - additional procedures:
we constantly use (and still have stocks of) specialized bactericidal and virucidal agents used for ongoing disinfection of toilet equipment, countertops, tables, door handles, elevator buttons, switches, etc.
kitchen and buffet service is performed with disposable gloves
we provide guests with hand sanitizer dispensers (e.g. entrance to the restaurant, treatment center)
paper towels have been introduced in toilets instead of hand dryers
In some facilities, table service is introduced instead of breakfast and dinner buffets
At the same time, we remind you about hygiene, frequent hand washing and self-observation - let's be responsible for ourselves and others.
